NookPaws Terms of Service

The Site is operated by NookPaws. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to NookPaws. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Our core service involves creating bespoke items, such as the Photo Grid Blanket, using content provided by you.

• User Warranty: By uploading photos or designs ("User Content"), you warrant that you own the copyright to such content or have obtained all necessary permissions.
• Content License: You grant NookPaws a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.

As a designer-led studio, we strive for the highest aesthetic quality. However:

• Digital Representation: Please note that screen resolutions and calibrations vary. The actual colors of physical products may slightly differ from what you see on your digital device.
• Material Texture: Due to the nature of woven or printed textiles, slight variations in texture are considered part of the unique character of our custom products.

• Payment Processors: Transactions are processed securely via our payment partners.
• Authorization: By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that method. If your payment is declined by your provider or bank, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

• The "Production Window": Because our products are custom-made, once an order has entered the production phase (typically within 12 hours of order placement), it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Address Correction: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

The Site and its original content, including but not limited to our "Harmonious Living" design philosophy, logos, visual identity, and product descriptions, are the exclusive property of NookPaws and its founder, Silas. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our intellectual property without express written permission.

NookPaws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
