NookPaws Shipping Policy

At NookPaws, we believe that harmonious design takes time and precision. Each of our customized pieces is meticulously crafted to ensure it meets our high standards of aesthetic and functional excellence.

1. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Because we focus on designer-led customization, our processing times are divided into two categories:

  • Customized Products (e.g., Photo Grid Blankets): These items require a dedicated production window of up to 15 business days. This period allows our team to professionally layout your images and ensure the highest print quality for your bespoke piece.
  • Standard Collections: Non-customized items are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Please note: "Processing Time" is the time from when you place your order until it is handed over to our professional logistics carriers.

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, the estimated delivery times to our primary markets are as follows:

  • United States: 7-15 business days.
  • Other International Destinations: 10-20 business days.

Total Estimated Wait Time: For custom products, please expect a total of approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase to arrival at your doorstep.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Domestic & International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
  • Promotions: We may occasionally offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check our homepage for current offers.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Transparency is part of our service. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

NookPaws is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • For our US customers, most orders under $800 fall below the "de minimis" threshold and typically do not incur additional duties.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS & ATTEMPTED DELIVERY

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

  • Customer Responsibility: NookPaws is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
  • Attempted Delivery: If a carrier is unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect address, repeated failed attempts, or an unclaimed parcel, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
